Scope of Works

This new four-storey commercial and amenity block which was confined logistically meant that works were carried out in phases under strict guidelines and simultaneously between railways and adjacent landowners' buildings.

 

Works comprised of enabling works, groundworks and concrete to metal decking in addition to an external works package and successfully achieved with minimal disruption to the client.
